The Museum

An installation taking place on the second floor of KODE, a large exhibition space that is usually dedicated to the museum’s collection of paintings from the 13th to the 20th century. All the artworks were paintings, leaving only traces of the artworks in marks and wall texts. The installation consists of 38 pendulums that knock repeatedly on the walls at different intervals through the use of hidden electromagnetic triggers. The light design and accumulation of percussive sound transforms the space into a labyrinth of sound and colour.
